Custom and personalised orders - Personalised stationery items can not be returned unless there is an error in printing.
Personalisation - It is important you enter the exact wording you would like printed, either on the Front or inside the cards at the checkout box. Please make clear wether the wording to be printed is for Front or Inside. All cards can be personalised for any celebration. I can print any text on the fronts of the card to suit the occasion eg Birthday, Anniversary, etc. You must provide exact wording to be printed on the cards.
Shipping Options Explained -Free postage option is sent 2nd class. If you are upgrading to First Class and Special Delivery I will post out your items within the times I state and send them out with the postage option you have chosen. Please remember these times are approximate only, and I have no control over the Royal Mail delivery service. If the postal service are late in delivering your parcel I will NOT refund the postage you have paid.

Can I post straight to recipient - Yes absolutely, just enter the delivery address at checkout and your card will be posted to address provided.
Sizing details - Cards are available in 2 sizes, 14.8cm x 14.8cm square card and an A5 sized card. They are specifically made this size to fit perfectly in 2 sized gift boxes. Most designs you will see they are 14.8cm square in the description, however if you would like any design made bigger please ask before you buy. For larger sized card there will be an additional cost, which will be provided on request.
Gift wrapping and packaging - If you are opting for your card to arrive in a lovely gift box, the gift boxes are all lined inside with translucent vellum, tied with ribbon and charm. The outer box lid will also be supplied with a bow ribbon or flat bow ribbon. You get a beautifully designed card that is not just a greeting for the recipient but a keepsake gift, all wrapped to perfection.
Plastic Free Wrapping - All cards will be perfectly wrapped in plastic free wrapping
